Deutschlandticket: Start-Up Launches Jobticket+ for Companies
Berlin, April 16, 2025 -- AllRide GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, has officially launched Jobticket+, its new product aimed at employers of all sizes. Built on the foundation of the Deutschlandticket, Jobticket+ extends the standard transit subscription with additional mobility services and purpose-built tools for HR administration.
A Deutschlandticket Built for the Workplace
Jobticket+ gives companies a tax-supported way to provide the Deutschlandticket to their employees. Beyond the subscription itself, the product includes an administrative layer: seamless integration with more than 50 HR platforms — including Personio, SAP, and Workday — reduces the workload for HR teams significantly.
Three Ways to Structure It
Employers can select the funding model that best fits their situation:
- 100% employer subsidy: The company covers the full cost, which qualifies for tax exemption under Section 3 Nr. 15 EStG.
- Entgeltumwandlung (salary conversion): Employees contribute from their gross salary, reducing both income tax and social security contributions.
- Split Pay: A combined approach that draws from both employer and employee contributions.
