Jobticket+ is the corporate product by TicketPlus+. It allows employers to offer their employees the official Deutschlandticket as a tax-free or tax-optimised benefit – fully digital, automated, and without any IT effort.

The Three Financing Models
All three models include the same Deutschlandticket:
- 100% Employer Subsidy – Employer pays €59.85/month, employee pays €0. Tax-free under §3 No. 15 EStG.
- Salary Conversion – Employee converts €63 gross salary. Net cost approx. €38. Employer earns +€1.71/employee/month.
- Split Pay – Employer pays at least 25% (€15.75), employee pays €44.10. Employer share is tax-free.

- Pause feature: Employees can pause their ticket at any time
- Sharing credits: ~€10/month for MILES, Bolt, TIER, dott (tax-free up to €50 non-cash allowance)
