Deutschlandticket as a Job Ticket

Notice: Applications for the following month must be received by the 10th of the current month. Late applications cannot be processed.

General Information

The Deutschlandticket can be obtained through us as a job ticket for your employees. A valid employment contract and an employer subsidy in accordance with tax regulations (§ 3 Nr. 15 EStG) are required.

The ticket is valid for local public transport throughout Germany and can be cancelled on a monthly basis. Tickets are usually issued as a chip card by post or alternatively in digital form via our app.

Application Process

Sign framework contract
Your company signs a framework contract with us. The completed application form (PDF) must be submitted.

Submit employee list
Please send an employee list in the specified Excel format by the 10th of the previous month by e-mail.

Tickets are delivered
Tickets are sent as chip cards by post to the specified company address. Delivery time approx. 5–10 business days.

Monthly billing
The monthly invoice is sent by e-mail. Payment is possible by SEPA direct debit or bank transfer.

Please note: Changes (additions and cancellations) must be notified in writing by the 10th of the previous month. Later notifications will only be taken into account in the month after next.
