DATEV Integration

The job ticket admin portal automatically transfers all bookings to your DATEV payroll – as a CSV/ASCII file by email, on your company's payroll cut-off date.

What does the DATEV integration do?

DATEV

Instead of entering booking data manually in DATEV, the admin portal automatically exports the relevant wage types. You receive the export file by email directly to your payroll department or tax advisor – no additional effort required.

  • Automatic export as CSV/ASCII file (DATEV-compatible)
  • Sent by email on your company's payroll cut-off date
  • Configurable recipient addresses (e.g. tax office, internal payroll)
  • Supports 100% employer subsidy and Split-Pay (§ 3 No. 15 EStG)
  • Set up in minutes – no IT knowledge required

Setup – Step by Step

1

Enter DATEV consultant number

Enter your company's consultant number. You can obtain this from your payroll department or directly from DATEV.

2

Enter DATEV company number

Enter your company number. You can also obtain this from your payroll department or from DATEV.

3

Activate automatic export

Enable automatic export. The file will then be sent automatically by email on the payroll cut-off date.

4

Enter recipient email addresses

Enter the email address of your payroll department or tax advisor. Multiple addresses can be specified.

Wage Type Configuration
